We're looking for a Senior Designer who can set the visual direction of a project, not just execute it. You'll work across publication design, brand identity, and film - for clients in social impact, philanthropy, and beyond. You'll lead decisions, push back on briefs when needed, and help shape what good looks like for the studio. Some mentoring of junior team members is part of the role. We're looking for a Junior Designer who's serious about developing their craft. You'll work alongside our senior designers on live projects - publication layouts, social media systems, brand materials, and client presentations. You won't be shadowing from the sidelines; you'll be doing real work from day one. We're not looking for a polished portfolio. We're looking for a way of seeing - someone who notices the details, absorbs a brief, and keeps getting better.
